A 3- Day intensive workshop hosted by NEDRP
Come learn from experienced educators on the NEDRP team! This training is built specifically for the campus or district leader/educator who wishes to support their staff in sustaining meaningful relationships with students. We do not currently offer a trainer of trainers, and this is as close as you can get!
Participants will leave with:
- knowledge and experience of our 6 proactive tools to build and sustain relationships
- knowledge of our responsive tools to respond to relationships when they break down
- a certificate of completion and the confidence to support their staff in the NEDRP tools they are already implementing on their campuses
- A plan of action and resources to support staff who may be struggling to implement our tools
- experiences of each tool with a small group facilitator
- genuine connections with other attendees and NEDRP staff
